I keep enterprise renewals on track, and build the tools that make the work easier.
Renewals Manager at Powtoon with a Computer Science background. I'm looking for Technical Operations, CRM Operations, Customer Success Operations, Technical Project Manager, and Renewals leadership roles.
- ~$1M Annual renewal portfolio
- 20–30 Renewals per month
- 202 Tests passing on my renewals tool
Why hire me: Three reasons, each with proof.
I own commercial outcomes
I run enterprise renewals end to end: quotes, pricing objections, procurement, contract timing, and follow-through with finance.
- ~$1M annual renewal portfolio at Powtoon
- 20–30 renewals a month since 2022
- Reported portfolio totals: $964K (2023), $920K (2024), $951K (2025)
I turn messy processes into working systems
I write the requirements and rules, build with AI-assisted tools, and test the behavior before calling anything done.
- Renewals tracker with a one-way HubSpot sync of 33 mapped properties
- 202 unit tests passing (September 2026 snapshot)
- Drive automation: 37 items moved in logged batches, 0 blocked
I make technical work clear to anyone
Years of technical training and support taught me to explain complex issues to people who aren't technical.
- An estimated 60+ training classes of 20–30 new hires each
- National top-50 recognition as a technical trainer
- ~100 support emails a day, first response under 30 minutes vs. a 2-hour SLA
Case studies: operational problems, practical systems.
Each case study covers the challenge, my role, approach, tools, result, and limitations. Status labels show whether a project is a prototype, tested in development, or used in practice.
Internal operations application · Development stage · tested
An internal renewals tool that pulls HubSpot data into one place, combines rules-based risk scoring with AI analysis, and makes data gaps visible instead of hiding them.
What this shows: I can turn renewal know-how into explicit rules, a CRM integration, and a tested tool, and state its limits plainly.
Local Next.js dashboard · Working local prototype
A local dashboard that pulls CRM timelines, tasks, and meeting context into a single deal briefing focused on status, blockers, evidence, and next actions.
What this shows: I design tools around how deal reviews actually happen, and scope the gaps clearly for the next iteration.
Google Apps Script automation · Iterative · partially validated
A Google Apps Script project that reorganizes a cluttered Drive into a defined folder taxonomy, in logged, dry-run-first batches.
What this shows: I build automation safety-first: dry runs, audit logs, and staged batches checked after each run.
Operational workflow and reporting · Operational process · not automated
A weekly review format and daily task matrix that give managers a consistent view of active renewals and give renewal owners clear daily priorities.
What this shows: I can give managers a consistent view of renewal risk with process design alone, no new software required.
Reporting and data reconciliation · Completed workflow output
A renewal directory that matches deals, contracts, and contacts, and labels uncertain matches for verification instead of guessing.
What this shows: I keep CRM data trustworthy by labeling uncertain records instead of filling them in.

- Prepare renewal quotations, discuss licensing and pricing options, and coordinate purchase orders, invoices, procurement, and approvals.
- Investigate retention risks such as low adoption, price objections, AI-credit misunderstandings, license-count changes, and cancellation requests, then propose solutions within commercial approvals.

- Apply a 90-day pre-renewal outreach target and track outreach and sequence coverage ahead of renewal dates.

- CCNA: Expired; not currently certified
- National top-50 recognition: Concentrix Philippines · technical training career
From business problem to working system.
I find the process problem, turn it into rules and requirements, build or prototype the system, test it, and say clearly what it does and doesn't do yet.
My career runs from technical support and training into enterprise renewals. That combination is the point: I understand the customer conversation and the commercial pressure, and I can work through the CRM data, the edge cases, and the testing needed to turn a manual process into a usable tool.
Working principles
- Label status honestly: prototype, tested in development, or in production.
- Keep rules inspectable. AI assists the analysis; explicit rules drive the scoring.
- Make data gaps visible ("Needs Verification") instead of filling them in silently.

Straight answers.
What roles are you looking for?
Technical Project Manager, Technical Operations, CRM Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Renewals leadership roles. I haven't held those titles yet. The case for me is the work described here: managing an enterprise renewal portfolio, improving CRM-driven workflows, and building tested internal tools.
Have you managed people?
I led training and coaching for new technical support hires at Concentrix: cohorts of roughly 20–30, with an estimated 60+ classes. I haven't had formal line-management responsibility for direct reports.
Did you write the code for these projects?
I defined the requirements, rules, and workflows, and built and iterated the tools with AI-assisted and low-code development (Claude, Codex, Lovable). I review mappings, test behavior, and fix issues, but I don't present myself as a senior software engineer.
Are these tools in production?
Mostly not. The Renewals Tracker is tested in a development environment, and its production integration was parked because the engineering team controls staging and production. The Deal Command Center is a local prototype. Each case study states its status.
Are the renewal figures sales you generated?
No. They're annual reported renewal totals for the portfolio I manage, shown as historical snapshots, not new sales I personally generated.
